Meditation is a powerful tool for managing stress and anxiety as well as developing mindfulness and psychic abilities! There are 2 Different Classes, one is for those who have received energy work from Tammy and the other is for everyone!

Cancellation Policy

Please save your appointment to your calendar. If one of us is sick we will switch to a virtual appointment if an in person appointment was scheduled. Please reschedule at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Refunds are not available for missed appointments however if there's an emergency or you become suddenly seriously ill please reach out and we can definitely reschedule! Cancellations within 24 hours of appointment time are not eligible for a refund. Cancellations no less than 48 hours before appointment time are subject to a 60% refund. You are reserving my time when you schedule an appointment as well as prioritizing your own self care. Please honour both of us by treating your appointment time the same as you would any other professional appointment you may make. Payment is due at booking.
